BDP developed this screw press specifically for Biosolids dewatering to provide high capacity, excellent solids capture, in a fully enclosed system with automated simple operation.

• Slotted Screen: higher open area and smaller opening for improved capture, reduced plugging
• Filtrate Recycle/Polishing: produces solids capture over 95%
• Replaceable Flight brushed without removing screw auger.
• Tapered Screw: Reduces Distance for Filtrate Flow for increased capacity, less rotational force on material – Less slippage = increased conveyance
